Individual assessment is focused on how your body is responding to physical and emotional stress. Some of the conditions that can be addressed are Long COVID, Anxiety, PTSD, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The goal of treatment is to release the stress (tension) held in the body and reboot neural pathways that are not working efficiently or effectively to give rise to a more calmer state of the nervous system and a feeling of "safety." You will also be educated on lifelong exercises to promote stress resiliency so that you can face stress in a comfort level. If you are seeing a mental health therapist, collaboration/team approach is recommended.
